On November 15, An Phat Holdings (APH) reported the purchase of all 4,000 warrants issued by An Phat Bioplastics JSC (HOSE: ty le keo nha cai 5) on November 2018. Through this action, APH will increase its ownership in ty le keo nha cai 5 to 54.54%.
Thus, APH – the holding company of ty le keo nha cai 5 – purchased all 4,000 ty le keo nha cai 5’s warrants issued on 8 November, 2018 (each warrant was allowed to buy 10,000 ty le keo nha cai 5 shares at the price of VND 14,000/ share). The transaction was made between 9 and 15 November 2019.
Currently, APH holds nearly 80 million ty le keo nha cai 5 shares, equivalent to 46.62% of the capital. If all the warrants are exercised, the shareholding ratio of this shareholder at ty le keo nha cai 5 will increase to 54.54%, equivalent to nearly 120 million shares (after completing the conversion of warrants).
At the end of last October, APH also bought 5 million ty le keo nha cai 5 shares for long-term investment.
