Actis – A leading global investor in sustainable infrastructure, signed a cooperation agreement with An ty le keo ma cao High-Technology Industrial Park Company Limited (An ty le keo ma cao Complex), a member of An ty le keo ma cao Holdings in which Actis invested more than USD 20 million in An ty le keo ma cao 1 Industrial Park to own 49% of the company’s shares. Additionally, the parties have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to form an RBF / RBW development joint venture program worth US $250 million.
An ty le keo ma cao Holdings (ticker symbol: APH) and Actis, a leading global investor in sustainable infrastructure, officially signed a development cooperation agreement that will focus on two areas: the development of industrial parks and ready-built factory and warehouse (RBF / RBW) for lease. Accordingly, Actis will invest more than US $20 million in An ty le keo ma cao 1 Industrial Park to own 49% of the company’s share. Additionally, the parties have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to form an RBF / RBW development joint venture program worth US $250 million.

An ty le keo ma cao 1 Industrial Park is a project of An ty le keo ma cao High-Tech Industrial Park No.1 Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of An ty le keo ma cao Bioplastics (Ticker symbol: AAA) – member of An ty le keo ma cao Holdings.
